1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website (premierlegalaz.com) or engaging our document preparation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Arizona and federal laws and regulations.
2. Non-Attorney Notice & Scope of Services
Premier Legal Document Preparation is NOT a law firm and our staff are NOT attorneys. We cannot provide legal advice, explanations, opinions, or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, strategies, or options, or about the selection of court forms.
All documents are prepared strictly at the direction of the client by or under the supervision of Marisela Muñoz, Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) #81594.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a self-represented client, you are solely responsible for:
- Selecting which specific documents, petitions, or forms you wish to file
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful factual and financial data
- Reviewing all prepared documents for accuracy before signing and filing
- Meeting court filing deadlines, paying statutory court filing fees, and attending hearings
4. Fees & Payments
Our document preparation fees are agreed upon in advance. Fees cover clerical preparation, formatting, assembly, and customer coordination. Court filing fees, process service fees, translation fees, and USCIS agency application fees are separate government or third-party costs paid by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Legal Document Preparation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from court rulings, agency delays, rejection of filings due to client-supplied inaccuracies, or changes in legal regulations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and all client engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration.
